PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the provisions of Tenn. Code Ann. Section 67-5-2507 (6) and (7), notice is hereby given that the real property known as Jefferson County, Tennessee Property Tax Map 098, Group A, Control Map 098, Parcel 019.00, and further described on file with the Jefferson County, Tennessee Financial Management Committee, shall be sold to John W. Peterson and wife, Kimberly A. Peterson for the total sales price of $1,153.00, in good funds due at the time of closing, after the expiration of ten (10) days from this publication unless an offer is received on or before March 2, 2018 increasing the offer of $1,153.00 by ten percent (10%) or more. In the event that an offer is received on or before March 2, 2018, increasing the offer of $1,153.00 by ten percent (10%) or more for this parcel, all parties having made such offers shall be notified and a time shall be fixed when said parties shall appear and make further offers and said tract shall be sold to the party(ies) making the highest and best offer at that time.
