JUDITH ANN HALL

JUDITH ANN HALL, age 74 of Dandridge, TN formerly of Dayton, OH and Reno, NV passed away Tuesday evening, May 8, 2018. She was born September 23, 1943 in Hartford, Connecticut the daughter of the late Edwin and Nancy Ann (Zanolli) Frey. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dianne Denise Hall; brother, Richard Bernard Frey. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she was very active in all church activities and was awarded a Medal of Honor from the Catholic Archbishop of Knoxville for her commitment, dedication and decades of volunteer work for her church. Judy was beloved by her church family at Holy Trinity Catholic Church and will be remembered, not only for her joyful presence and indomitable spirit, but for her tireless service as head of The Spiritual Life Committee, a member of the Council of Catholic Woman, as a reader and sacristan at Mass and frequent volunteer at Family and Parish Life events. She organized the annual Fall Festival with the Saints, participated in Bible Study and especially enjoyed Christmas caroling at the homes of ailing parishioners and those in nursing homes. She was a shining example of Christian love in action.

Judy enjoyed traveling near and far on many adventures with family and friends and recently went to Israel with a group to participate in the crusade to protect the birth city of Jesus. She will be remembered for having a strong faith and love for her family and being a University of Tennessee super fan.

She is survived by her husband, Darryl P. Hall; children, Lewanne Marie Hall, Joanne Lorene Hall, Darryl Edwin Hall and David William Derrick Hall; grandchildren, Inge and Ryan Mueller, Sarah and Elizabeth Radway and Julia and Kathryn Hall.

A funeral mass will be held on Monday, May 14, 2018, 11:00am at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 475 Hwy. 92, Jefferson City, TN with Father Patrick Resen officiating. The family will greet friends from 9:30am to 11:00am prior to the service and everyone is welcome for the reception and fellowship luncheon following the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Graveside and interment will be held in Dayton, OH.
