JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE- FOUNDATION REPAIRS AND BRICK REPAIRS

McSpadden Inc., Construction Manager for Jefferson County, is accepting bids for the following bid package for the existing Jefferson County Courthouse— Foundation Repairs and Brick Repairs.

Please contact McSpadden Inc. at (865) 397-3822 to obtain specific bid package information. Specifications are available upon request at McSpadden Inc, 613 East Meeting St, Dandridge, TN.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 202 W Main St., Dandridge, TN, at 9:00 am on Tuesday, June 12, 2018. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2018, at Jefferson County Finance Department, 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN. McSpadden Inc. and/or Jefferson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept any proposal which meets the specifications, and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of McSpadden Inc. or Jefferson County.
