JESSE ALLEN SHERROD, age 87 of Dandridge, TN passed away Saturday morning, June 23, 2018. He was the son of the late Don and Pearly (Smith) Sherrod and was preceded in death by his son, Jacky Sherrod and granddaughter, Abby Swann. Jesse was veteran of the U.S. Army and was a retired machinist for Dixie Cement Co. He is survived by his daughter, Kathy Sherrod Swann and son, Marty Sherrod; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Graveside services with Military Honors will be held, Thursday, June 28, 2018, 11:30am at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 2200 East Gov. John Sevier Hwy., Knoxville, TN.
