The cold days of Winter can become a little challenging sometimes and nothing brightens a dreary weekend like a short trip out of town. As some Jefferson County residents may know, Nashville has their very own southern branch of Antique Archeology-a store owned by Mike Wolfe, one half of the History Channel’s American Pickers. Wolfe and his picking partner Frank Fritz keep the roads hot traveling from State to State looking for that perfect, priceless piece of junk.  The store is one of two owned by Wolfe that has been featured several times on the television show and it is just down the road in Nashville. Located just a few blocks from Downtown Nashville in the renovated Marathon Automobile Car Factory, the Nashville store is surrounded by hip galleries and shops, as well as a few restaurants. For those looking for a day trip, a stop at this fun shop might just fit the bill. If a weekend trip is on the list then Printer’s Alley is just a hop away, complete with history, great music and interesting restaurants.
