Dr. Shane Johnston, new director of the Jefferson County Schools, will be the speaker at the November 13 meeting of the Jefferson County League of Women Voters.  The program begins at 7 p.m. at the Jefferson City Library on Municipal Drive. The public is invited to attend and to participate in the question and answer session after the program.
