PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CANCELED

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Jefferson County Industrial Development Board will conduct a public hearing on the proposed TIF (Tax Increment Financing) District as approved by the Jefferson County Industrial Development Board for the property located in Dandridge, TN at the I-40 Interstate Exit – Sharon Drive. The public is invited to attend and comment on the proposed project.

What: Public Hearing by the Jefferson County Industrial Development Board

Area: A Map of the TIF District is available at the Dandridge Town Hall, located at 131 E Main St, Dandridge, TN 37725 during normal business hours. Monday thru Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm excluding Holidays

When: Tuesday, November 13, 2018, 5:30 pm.

Where: Historic Courthouse Dandridge, Tennessee, 202 W. Main Street, Dandridge, Tennessee

Purpose: Citizen comments related to the economic impact for TIF District
