Appalachian Outreach will be having their annual Coats for the Cold on Thursday, November 29, 2018.  The distribution will take place at 511 Municipal Dr., Jefferson City, TN 37760.  Those that come will need to bring a piece of mail showing their address and a photo I.D.  Call 865-475-5611 with any questions or for more information.
