INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department / Director Facilities & Safety will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for:

  • 1- X- ray Scanner Machine with (2) Three -Foot -Roller –Beds- Entrance and Exit, (1) Set of Casters.
  • 1- X-ray Scanner Machine with (1) Three- Foot –Roller- Bed Entrance and (1) 6 -Foot -Roller -Bed – Exit, (1) Set of Casters
  • Freight, Installation, Training, and 1 year warranty must be included.

                                 Total (2) Machines

Jefferson County Government is a tax free entity. Company Business License must be included with the bid. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with Jefferson County, Tn.  

For a tour of the Facilities and/or Specifications and Bid Documents you may contact the Office of the Director of Facilities and Safety, 214 West Main Street, Dandridge, Tn. 37725, or you may call David Longmire at 865-397-3800/865-257-4852.  All bidders are required to obtain and submit a FULLY COMPLETED BID PACKAGE to be considered for the bid.

Sealed bids should be labeled—JEFFERSON COUNTY COURT SECURTY –and either dropped off or mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts/David Longmire, at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. May 1, 2019, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to

WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
