Escapee Detained, Facing Charges in Jefferson and Grainger Counties

Jason Dwight Carr has been captured following a pursuit on Lakeshore Rd. by the Grainger County Sheriff’s Office. He is currently being transported to the Jefferson County Detention Center were he is facing several charges in Jefferson and Grainger Counties.
