JEFFERSON COUNTY WORKHOUSE ACCESS PANELS

McSpadden Inc., Construction Manager for Jefferson County, is accepting bids for the Access Panel Replacement for the Jefferson County Workhouse.

Please contact McSpadden Inc. at (865) 397-3822 to obtain specific bid package information. Specifications are available upon request at McSpadden Inc, 613 East Meeting St, Dandridge, TN.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Jefferson County Workhouse, 983 Industrial Park Rd, Dandridge, TN, at 9:00 am on Thursday, November 7, 2019. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at Jefferson County Finance Department, 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN.

McSpadden Inc. and/or Jefferson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept any proposal which meets the specifications, and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of McSpadden Inc. or Jefferson County.
