INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County EMA will be accepting bids for 2 ambulance remounts. The Units shall meet Jefferson County bid specifications. Complete specifications may be obtained in person from the Jefferson County Emergency Management Office during regular business hours at 931 Industrial Park Rd., Suite 104, Dandridge, Tn. 37725 or by calling 865-397-7228. Bids must be submitted to the Jefferson County Finance Department, P. O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725 in a sealed envelope clearly marked Ambulance Remount Bid. Bids will be accepted until 1 PM on Oct. 3, 2012 at which time the bids will be publicly opened in the Jefferson County Finance Office at 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, Tn. 37725
Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids
