The Jefferson County Purchasing Department / Director Facilities & Safety will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Facilities ADA Compliance issues for the following building: 

                               WHITE PINE EMS STATION #3

The awarded bidder must be in good standing with Jefferson County, Tn. The awarded bidder must have full knowledge of all ADA Compliance rules and regulations. Information on the outside of the- BID ENVELOPE- must include the following:

·         NAME AND ADDRESS OF BIDDER

·         TELEPHONE NUMBER

·         TENNESSEE CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE NO.

·         DATE OF EXPIRATION OF LICENSE

·         LICENSE CLASSIFICATION APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT

·         LICENSE LIMITATION (DOLLAR AMOUNT)

Sealed bids must be marked-“JEFFERSON COUNTY ADA COMPLIANCE-WHITE PINE EMS STATION #3”-and either mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the ATTENTION of Finance Director Langdon Potts, at PO Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725-or dropped off at 1244 Gay St. Dandridge, Tn. 37725. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to

WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
