Beginning at 9 am On Saturday April 4th, 2020 History Buffs and preservationists will come out for Park Day aiding in the maintenence of numerous historical sites across the nation . This American Battlefield Trust annual hands-on preservation event is celebrating it’s 24th year.

In Jefferson City, TN the Battle of Mossy Creek and Glenmore Mansion will host a Park Day Event for the first time. Come on out. bring your gloves, gardening tools & a smile to Glenmore, 1280 Chucky Pike, Jefferson City, TN. Snacks and Water will be provided.

Plans include Clearing brush, Landscaping, Planting, Cleaning Windowsills and Porches, and other maintenance. Be a part of the beautification of the Mossy Creek Civil War Battlefields.
