INVITATION TO BID

Invitation to Bid:

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting bids for installation of replacement windows in the cafeteria at Jefferson Elementary School.  A site visit will be scheduled for 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 14.  For complete bid specifications vendors should contact Michael Phagan, Director of School Facilities, at 865-397-1156.

Sealed bids should be labeled “Jefferson Elementary School Windows” and either dropped off or mailed to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, at 1244 Gay Street or PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN 37725.   Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at which time bids will be opened in the finance department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
