INVITATION TO BID – Video Projection and Audio System for the Jefferson City Library


The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for Video Projection and Audio System for the Jefferson City Library.

Sealed bids must be marked “Video Projection and Audio System” and either mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts, at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725 or dropped off at 1244 Gay St., Dandridge, TN 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2021, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

Minimum Specifications:

  • 1 ceiling-mounted laser projector with 1920×1200 resolution, 6500 lumens, 5000:1 contrast, and 1.54-1.93 lens
  • 1 projector mount with extension pole
  • 1 battery backup and surge protector
  • 1 surge protector/power sequencer with remote switch
  • 1 12-input mixer with 4 mic preamps
  • 1 15-band graphic equalizer
  • 1 wireless lavalier microphone
  • 1 omnidirectional headset
  • 2 wireless handheld microphones
  • 1 antenna system
  • 1 gooseneck mount with plate
  • 1 power amplifier
  • 12 6.5″ in-ceiling speakers with back can
  • 1 wireless presentation system with 2 wireless dongles
  • 1 HDMI splitter
  • 1 space rack with heavy-duty casters, locking doors, and at least 2 sliding shelves
  • 1 in-wall surge kit
  • all labor, cables, plates, connectors, wire, and miscellaneous supplies must be included

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.  The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the county of Jefferson.
