The Piggy Bank Contest is back in Sevier County

The Piggy Bank Contest is back in Sevier County! Young people, Pre-K to 12th grade, are encouraged to handcraft any type of Piggy Bank to hold money for saving! This local event is connected to the TN Saves Week celebrated in April. Winning entries of various age categories will be selected locally to compete at the state contest. UT Extension State Faculty will determine state winners. People’s Choice Awards will be decided based on the greatest number of online votes during the week of April 19. (http:voteforthepig.tennessee.edu) What a fun way to promote the value of money and saving for the future.
