INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department / Director Facilities & Safety will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for items of work to be performed as listed below at the following location:

JEFFERSON COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES CENTER
581 West Old Andrew Johnson Hwy
New Market, TN 37820

  • Removal of portion of parking lot and expansion of ambulance only driveway concrete material
  • Provide proper signage for one way drive
  • Form and pour a 40’ x 15’ concrete pad for ems use at the end of front driveway
  • Repair of drain in ambulance driveway front of bay area
  • Seal and stripe parking lot

The awarded bidder must be in good standing with Jefferson County, TN. The awarded bidder must have experience and full capabilities of concreate work. Information on the outside of the bid envelope must include the following:

  • Sealed bid received by
  • Name and address of bidder
  • Telephone number
  • Tennessee contractor’s license no.
  • Date of expiration of license
  • License classification applicable to this project
  • License limitation (dollar amount)

Sealed bids must be marked “JEFFERSON COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES CENTER” and either mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts, at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN 37725 or dropped off at 1244 Gay St. Dandridge, Tn. 37725. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 25 at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room.

Jefferson county reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to Waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the county of Jefferson.
