Randy Rogers New JCHS High School Principal Announced By DOE

Jefferson County Department of Education is proud to announce that Mr. Randy Rogers has been named Principal of Jefferson County High School. This announcement follows the completion of interviews over the last few weeks. Applicants included candidates from within Jefferson County Schools, other parts of Tennessee, and outside the state.

“During the interview process, Mr. Rogers demonstrated a strong commitment to helping Jefferson County High School continue on the path toward excellence in all areas of student and faculty life. Additionally, feedback was solicited from the JCHS faculty/staff and it was clear the building had confidence in Mr. Roger’s ability to lead the building and help the high school continue to move toward excellence. It is always our goal to provide highly effective leadership teams at each school location.” (Johnston)

“After being a part of the Jefferson County Education System for close to 20 years, I am extremely honored and humbled for blessing me with the opportunity to lead Jefferson County High School.
