JACK HORNER NICHOLS, age 69 of Dandridge, TN, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021. Jack worked several years for the Jefferson County Highway Road Department and was a true lover of all animals. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl and Ruth Horner. Jack is survived by his mother, Mary Boshears; father, James Nichols; sister, Sallie Guthrie; brothers, David Boshears and Jeff Nichols; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 2:00pm at Shady Grove Cemetery with Charles McGinnis officiating and the Jefferson County Department will be pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society.
