Old Dominion White Pine Service Center is giving back to the community during the holiday season

Old Dominion White Pine service center is giving back to the community during the holiday season. For the fourth straight year, Old Dominion’s White Pine service center has collected donations for Toys for Tots and set a new service center record for Toys for Tots donations in 2021. OD filled two pick-up trucks with over 22 Toys for Tots boxes in addition to donating 12 bicycles (pictured left) that will be gifted to children in the community on Christmas Day.

Beyond OD’s efforts with Toys for Tots, local Old Dominion employees are finding additional ways to support their local community, including:

  • 2021 marks 20 years of Old Dominion employees buying Christmas gifts for the Douglas-Cherokee Economic Authority Head Start program, ensuring children have stuffed stockings with toys, books, stuffed animals and winter clothes.
  • Old Dominion employees raised $500 for this year’s Christmas in Jefferson County meal.
  • Old Dominion will provide a catered Christmas meal for the White Pine Senior Center per its yearly tradition.
