PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of Directors of Jefferson Alliance (the “Corporation”) will hold a specially called meeting on September 22,2022. The meeting will commence at 8:30 a.m. at Jefferson City Fire Department Training Room, Jefferson City, Tennessee.

There will be considered at said meeting such business as may properly come before the Board of Directors, including, but not limited to, approving and ratifying the formation of and other organizational matters pertaining to the Corporation.

This Notice is published in compliance with Sections 844101 to 844106, inclusive, of the Tennessee Code Annotated.
