The Sweetest Teacher

Students have all put away the books for a few days to enjoy winter break, leaving classrooms empty for Valentine’s Day. Before Dandridge Elementary School students checked out for some time off, they declared third grade teacher Ann Fox to be the Sweetest Teacher.  The friendly competition was a fundraiser for Relay for Life and allowed the kids to vote for their choice of sweetest teacher for a donation to the worthwhile cause. Ms. Fox is a veteran teacher at Dandridge Elementary School and enjoys a great relationship with her students. The Sweetest Teacher and the rest of the dedicated staff at Dandridge Elementary and all Jefferson County Schools spent Valentine’s Day in teacher in-service. After a short break, they will be hard at work in preparation for spring testing.
