INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids on behalf of the Student Nutrition Department for the following:

            1–Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning and

            2–Point of Sale Line Computers, Office Computers, Monitors and Accessories

A complete set of specifications and bid documents may be picked up at the Student Nutrition Department at 1221 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN  37725, or you may call Norma Huff at (865) 397-3945. All bidders are required to obtain and submit a fully completed bid package to be considered for the bid.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Darrell Helton, County Finance Director, P. O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 15, 2013, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

The County Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt and/or handling and acceptance of bids.
