INVITATION TO BID – Sheriff’s Gun Bid

Invitation to bid:

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department for the following:

Also, The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office will be trading in 60 used Glock Pistols with 6 magazines each.  Trade in on the used Glock Pistols should be part of the complete bid package. Sealed bids should be labeled “Sheriff’s Gun Bid “ and either mailed or dropped off to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, at 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, Tn.  Bids will be accepted until Thursday, March 28, 2013 at which time bids will be opened in the finance department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
