INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for upgrades to the Jefferson County High School track and field facilities. These upgrades will include, 1) triple jump runway and landing area, 2) pole vault runway and landing area, 3) long jump runway and landing area, 4) shot put pad, circle, and toe-board, and 5) discus pad, circle, cage and barrier net. Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department, P. O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725 to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director. Bids will be accepted until 1 PM, Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012 at which time the bids will be opened in the finance office.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids
