INVITATIONS TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for asphalt to be used by the Jefferson County Highway Department.  All bids shall be good for one year from 7/1/13 – 6/30/14.   See below items to bid:

For affidavit form and additional information contact Charles Tipton at (865) 397-2155.  Clearly mark your bid as “ASPHALT”.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Teresa Crusenberry, P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00, Thursday May 16th, 2013, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room. 

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
