Invitation To Bid

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for Instructional Supplies for Jefferson County Schools.

All interested vendors should contact the Jefferson County Finance Department at 865-397-4922 to get bid specification documents. Bid documents can be e-mailed or mailed to vendors or picked up at the finance office.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, at P. O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn.  37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at which time bids will be opened in the finance office.

The finance director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
