The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids on the following for the 2013-2014 school term.

School Bus Transmission-Rebuilt or Re-manufactured
Gasoline, Diesel, Oil, Antifreeze
LP Gas
Elevator Maintenance Services
Bi-Annual Inspection & Service of Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hoods, Alarm
Systems, Annual Inspection of Fire Sprinkler Systems and Monitoring of Fire
Alarm Systems.

Specifications may be picked up at the office of the Director of Facilities, 207 W. Dumplin Valley Rd. Dandridge, Tn. 37725 or by calling Steve Wolfenbarger at 865-397-1156.   Bids must be received by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 in the office of the Finance Director Darrell Helton, 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, Tn. 37725 at which time bids will be opened in the finance office.

Each bid must be clearly marked for the particular item being bid.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
