INVITATION TO BID – Cleaning Services at School Central Office, Oakland Center, Technology Center

INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for cleaning services at the school central office location behind the courthouse in Dandridge, the Oakland Center near Jefferson County High School, and at the Technology Center also next to the high school.  Quotes should cover cleaning bathrooms, floor cleaning (vacuum, sweep, or mop), dusting, and cleaning interior windows.  This quote should assume cleaning two (2) days per week at the three locations mentioned above.  All bidders should provide separate quotes for each individual location.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of  Finance Director, P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:30 PM, Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room. 

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
