INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for custodial and cleaning supplies for Jefferson County Schools and County Government Offices.    This bid will require fixed prices until June 30th 2014.

If you are interested in bidding please contact the finance office at 865-397-4922 to get a set of bid specifications documents.  Bid specs, requirements and a quote sheet can be emailed to you or you can pick up at Finance Office, 1244 Gay St., Dandridge, Tn.   37725

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of the Finance Director, Darrell Helton, P. O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at which time bids will be opened in the office of the Finance Department.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
