INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting bids for the Jefferson County Department of Education for one 2008  29 passenger 6.0 gas Liter Engine Mini Bus with dash air conditioning, crossing arm, dual rear wheels, tinted windows, with integrated seats.  This bus must meet all Tennessee State Specifications.   For more information call Sherri Dotson, Transportation Director at 865-397-1156.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department at P. O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725 to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director.  Bids will be accepted until 1:00 pm on Thursday May 30, 2013 at which time bids will be opened in the finance office.

The finance director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
