WAYNE ROBERT MACKINTOSH, age 69, of Dandridge, TN passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, George and Frances MacKintosh; sister, Susan Helms. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, KOC, 33rd degree Mason, a veteran of the Air Force, having served in Vietnam, a graduate of Duke University, and a retired employee of Select Specialty Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Carol MacKintosh; children, Scott MacKintosh and wife Casey, and Kelly Lofvendahl; grandchildren, Kensley MacKintosh, Ben MacKintosh, Chloe Lofvendahl and Caden Lofvendahl; sister, Patricia Walsh; brother, Ted Souza; stepchildren, Jake Moser, Kate Hickey, Libby Moser; step-grandchildren, Jarret, Jackson and Jonas Moser, Ben and Samantha Hickey; several nieces and nephews. Memorial funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Rev. Dan Whitman officiating. Interment to follow in church columbarium.
