Continuing education conference: stocker cattle management from head to tail

The College of Veterinary Medicine and the Department of Animal Science at the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture are sponsoring the workshop “Stocker Cattle Management from Head to Tail.” The continuing education conference is for veterinarians, veterinary technicians and stocker operations owners.

The conference will be held Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013, from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. in room A118 in the York Veterinary Medicine Building at the UT College of Veterinary Medicine on the agricultural campus. The college is located at 2407 River Drive in Knoxville.

Registration is $100 for veterinarians, $35 for veterinary technicians, and $25 for producers.  Extension agents may attend at no cost.  The registration deadline is Aug. 19, 2013.
