Experienced Restaurateur Opens Bojangles’ Restaurant in Jefferson City

Popular Chicken and Biscuit Restaurant Opened on August 21, 2013

BojanglesEntrepreneur Jeff Rigsby celebrated the grand opening of his Bojangles’ franchise location at 103 Mossy Creek Drive in Jefferson City in late August 2013.

Bojangles’ attracts customers with its proprietary, made-from-scratch fare, offering a flavor profile unlike anything in the market and breakfast served all day. The menu features southern classics with Bojangles’ one-of-a kind flavors, including fresh, never frozen, hand-breaded chicken, buttermilk biscuits, sandwiches, flavorful fixin’s and Legendary Iced Tea® steeped the old-fashioned way.

Jefferson City’s Bojangles’ features drive-thru and in-store dining beginning with breakfast and continuing through dinner late into the evening. Spanning 3,800 square feet, the location carries on the Bojangles’ warm, family-friendly tradition in a spacious environment. The restaurant can seat up to 78 guests and offers free Wi-Fi as well as two flat screen televisions.

The new restaurant significantly contributes to the local economic landscape through investment dollars, construction projects and job creation, employing approximately 50 local residents.

Today, Rigsby owns 31 Bojangles’ restaurants and is one of Bojangles’ largest franchisees in the system.
