Leather, emerald green and winter white really rocks the fashion scene this season. Leather, leather and more leather unleashes the most trendy style. The great thing about leather is the investment lasts for years. I have soft supple leather skirts and jackets that are ten years old and still look great. In fact most garments made of leather develops a patina and softness that improves with age, just like a pair of favorite jeans.

Beware of the type of leather one chooses. When shopping for this luxurious fashion, feel the leather and experience how it molds to the body . Do not make the mistake of falling prey to the type of leather that feels almost like cardboard and stands alone. Sure, it is cheaper, much cheaper, but instead of making one have that fabulous chic fashion look, it has the opposite effect. Just invest in one piece of really good leather, rather than several of inferior grade. Look for a lamb skin pencil skirt or a jacket. It is best not to wear a complete leather outfit. Top a leather skirt with a sweater or lace blouse, silk also looks great with leather . Hounds tooth check is the most fashion forward pattern this year and is always so elegant and sporty at the same . Top leather jeans or elegant pants with a sharp hounds tooth jacket and it is an immediate fashionista style.

Emerald green, is a fashion must color this season. This rich color is so perfect for the holiday season. An emerald green taffeta skirt, topped with a white lace long sleeve blouse, is so feminine and elegant. Even a touch of the vibrant color, such as a scarf, can bring a simple outfit to a higher fashion look. Emerald green looks great combined with a hounds tooth jacket.

Don’t shy away from winter white, it is really in vogue. Winter white pants are just the ticket in haute couture and is being copied by almost every designer. So, when shopping do not pass on the winter white, wear the color with full knowledge one is an example of the most elite fashion.

Boots are still the rage, from ankle boots to over the knee style, they look so savvy with almost everything in one’s closet. Stiletto booties are very high fashion and are being shown in designer shows with skirts of all lengths.

So, my darlings, looking forward to seeing all of you in the great styles!
