This was brought to attention by David Hayes. Hayes stated the property is possibly going to be used as a wrecker service.  They will meet another date before the property goes up for auction to make approvals of the usage and whether a site plan would need to be provided. The last item on the agenda was the review and approval of personnel policy. At the first reading, Alderwoman Carolyn Williams made the motion to approve the policy, which was made second by Maurice Solomon. Maurice Solomon made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Following Solomon’s motion to adjourn Sammy Solomon requested the floor to speak and was joined in discussion by other citizens.
