Before the third quarter started, the high school team of eighty-three was honored thirty years after they went undefeated in the regular season and played in the post season championship game. In the Patriot’s opening drive, Greeneville grabbed one out of the air for a pick-six, upping the score, thirty-four to zero, with eleven minutes left in the quarter.
