Tiger Lillies for Fall

Hello darlings, with this beautiful new crisp weather, it feel as if fall is really here. The soothing change brings back memories of football games, Halloween costumes, pumpkin pie, and colorful orange, gold and bronze flowers, just to name a few favorites of the season.

I have a great suggestion for a theme, if one is having a special chili supper for guests after a game, or just a gathering to celebrate the new season… This whole motif goes along with the current fashion trend in clothing, the animal print look.

A really interesting centerpiece sets the theme. Orange tiger lillies, ivory lillies with the deep brown centers, golden sunflowers, green coffee berries and a mixture of wispy green foliage with a bit of magnolia is so pretty. The color combination is perfect for fall. A container with an animal print design is so stunning with this combination of flowers. Use your imagination, a small hollowed out log, a piece of pottery or campfire cook ware. Never be afraid to trust one’s creative sense to use an object that is out of the box for a container. Next choice for this theme is to place plates with an animal print design in gold or bronze chargers, along with napkins to match. This is a stunning theme and so much fun for after the game parties or any fall event.
