Hurricanes Edge Out Lady Patriots In Final Home Game

Thursday, October 3rd, the Lady Patriots played their final home game of the regular season against Morristown East’s Hurricanes. Even though the Lady Patriots put up a good fight, the Hurricanes came out on top, winning all three games. The first game, Morristown East won twenty-five to twenty-one, despite a valiant effort from the Patriots’ Morgan Ridenour, Alli Coffee, Rachael Leuch, and Abby Bateman to defend the ball. The second game was also close as Grainger County won twenty-five to twenty-one. The Hurricanes won the last game with another score of twenty-five to twenty-one. Again, Rachael Leuch, Alli Coffee worked the ball for the Lady Patriots with help from teammates Abby Bateman and Abby Tomokosky.
