The PTO of Piedmont Elementary School Has Been Working Hard To Improve Their Playground Area.

Modern Woodmen of America recently helped the PTO purchase three big, beautiful red maple trees to give much needed shade to the playground area as soon as possible.  President Mindy French said that the PTO is “so thankful for Modern Woodmen’s help” and to Ashley Shrader who dug the holes for the trees.

Modern Woodmen also purchased lumber to build four new large picnic tables for the school’s new pavilion. A special thank you goes to “the man that built our picnic tables. His name is James Norton.”
