Ranch Cracker Snacks

recipe-entreeThis is one of those versatile snacks – you can really substitute any kind of small cracker, pretzel, or nut you would like.  In fact, a combination of these would be excellent.  Try mini pretzels, oyster crackers, and almonds as a pre-dinner snack for your next family get together.

 

Ingredients

18 oz (2 – 9 oz bags) oyster crackers

½ cup vegetable oil

1 package ranch dressing mix

½ t dill weed

½ t lemon pepper

½ t garlic salt

 

Preheat oven to 250°F.

In a large bowl, mix together oil, ranch mix, dill weed, lemon pepper, and garlic salt.  Add crackers and mix until coated.

Spread crackers out on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.  Lay out on paper towels to cool.  When cool, store in a sealed container.
