Santa Makes Early Appearance at “Christmas In Dandridge”

Santa Claus came to Jefferson County last weekend to meet the local children and hear their special Christmas wishes. Madison J Photography provided free photos of the event, which was held at the Lollipop Shop in the Historic Town Square in Dandridge. Children of all ages poured into the candy filled store to see Santa and get a little one on one time with the Big Guy. Saturday’s event was a part of Christmas in Dandridge, which kicked off the week before Thanksgiving with the annual tree lighting and will continue through the Holiday Season, with different events marking the weekends leading up to Christmas.
