1. Approved contingent upon Fire Marshal approval of appropriate access to the property: Landmark Asset Service, Inc. (Old Dandridge Elementary) Academy Circle. Request Special Exception to B-1 District to include housing. To be used for Low Rent Housing for families through the possibility of a State grant.

Denied: variance in number of parking spaces.

2. Approved: Aqueel & Hina Kouser, 920 Water Street. Request Special Exception to include duplex in R-1 District.

1. Approved: Aqueel & Hina Kouser, 920 Water Street. Request 2

2. Denied: Jack Hill/Chad Long 406 East Meeting Street. Request rezoning from R-1 to B-2.

3. Approved (with 3 no votes Hasty/Jones/ Swann): Franklin/Glenn/Suttles ( Mitchell Davenport) Killion Road, request for approval of a letter drafted by Mayor stating the area as a revitalization area. Mayor and Board of Alderman will make the final decision. The letter will be used to apply for Low Rent Housing for families State grant.

4. Approved (with 2 no votes Jones/ Swann and 1 not voting Hasty): Duane Sloane (Dumplin Creek Enterprises, Inc.) West Price Road, request for approval of a letter drafted by Mayor stating the area as a revitalization area. Mayor and Board of Alderman will make the final decision. The letter will be used to apply for Low Rent Housing for seniors State grant.

5. Approved recommendation to Board Of Aldermen: Ordnance Establishing Regulations And Locations Of Distilleries, Breweries And Wineries, Within The Corporate Limits Of Dandridge.

6. Informed of: Notice Of Intent To Manufacture Alcohol Within The Corporate Limits Of Dandridge by Darrell Miller (Bootleggers Distilleries).

7. Approved: Request of Dandridge Memorial Library 2 lot subdivision to expand library.

8. Approved: Main Street Phase 1 Streetscape Design. Informed of the sale of Memorial Pavers (Names On The Paver) to be purchased at $100 per paver to off set the cost of future phase
