Request Special Exception to B-1 District to include housing. To be used for Low Rent Housing for families through the possibility of a State grant.

Approved (with 3 no votes Hasty/Jones/ Swann): Franklin/Glenn/Suttles ( Mitchell Davenport) Killion Road, request for approval of a letter drafted by Mayor stating the area as a revitalization area. Mayor and Board of Alderman will make the final decision. The letter will be used to apply for Low Rent Housing for families State grant.

4. Approved (with 2 no votes Jones/ Swann and 1 not voting Hasty): Duane Sloane (Dumplin Creek Enterprises, Inc.) West Price Road, request for approval of a letter drafted by Mayor stating the area as a revitalization area. Mayor and Board of Alderman will make the final decision. 6. Informed of: Notice Of Intent To Manufacture Alcohol Within The Corporate Limits Of Dandridge by Darrell Miller (Bootleggers Distilleries).

7. Approved: Request of Dandridge Memorial Library 2 lot subdivision to expand library.

8. Approved: Main Street Phase 1 Streetscape Design. Informed of the sale of Memorial Pavers (Names On The Paver) to be purchased at $100 per paver to off set the cost of future phase
