After selling the family business in 2001, Seal concentrated on his teaching job at Jefferson County High School, which included placement of students into the construction, welding, metal fabrication, and mechanical trades.

“I believe that my connection to the community, experience as an educator, business owner, and farm owner gives me a unique perspective in understanding the needs and concerns of my community. I am a good listener, consider a range of options before making decisions, and take a logical approach to solving problems. This will enable me to make good decisions for the taxpayers of Jefferson County”.
