Town of Dandridge Asks Citizens To Conserve Water due to Many Water Leaks across the System

Due to the recent arctic weather and extremely low temperatures in our area, many citizens have experienced water lines that have broken causing leaks across the community. Dandridge Water Management Facility has observed a significant decrease in our water supply during the last 24 hour period. Due to this decrease, we are asking users to conserve water for the next 24 hours. During this time, crews will be reading meters in an effort to find potential leaks. If a leak is discovered, the staff will make efforts to contact the property owner to make them aware of the leak. If a property owner cannot be contacted, the staff will turn off the water until the property owner contacts the Dandridge Water Management Facility to correct the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and staff will be diligently working to repair the system.
