EDITH EDNA MATTHEWS, age 86, of Greeneville, TN passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at the Greene Valley Development Center where she had been a longtime resident. Preceded in death by her parents, Henry Lloyd Matthews and Trula Ridings Matthews; sisters, Etta Dodgen, Nellie Sims, Ina Smith and Tina Perdue; brothers, George, Hubert, Howard and Dewey Matthews. Survived by her sister, Nancy “Kitty” Franklin, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services, Saturday, January 25, 2014, 2:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Matthews officiating. Family will receive friends 12:00 noon to 2:00pm prior to services at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, DANDRIDGE 865-397-2711
