Weather Driving You Nuts?

This has been a crazy winter and I have really been enjoying the spring temperatures this week. I understand that a cold front is moving in and the temperatures will drop. Do you know if you can actually go crazy from cold and snow?

This has been a particularly difficult winter for many in the Nation and the warmer temperatures of the past week were certainly a welcome relief for many. To answer your question, there are people that suffer from seasonal depression due to a lack of sunlight. There is also a lesser known condition, Pibloktoq, roughly described as artic hysteria, which has been documented to inflict those in the coldest areas. Around here, most just get a good case of spring fever. The next cold dip isn’t predicted to last long and, I am sure, in a few months we will all be wishing for a beautiful snow day!
