JCHS Band Marches in the Magic Kingdom

The Jefferson County High School Band had a magical experience while performing at the Magic Kingdom Park in Orlando on Tuesday March 18th, as part of the Disney Performing Arts Program. The trip was organized by Band Director Greg Jones.

Under the direction of Mr. Jones, the marching band entertained Disneyland guests as they led the Festival of Fantasy Parade down “Main Street U.S.A.” entertaining thousands of enthusiastic onlookers. “They had a great time, and they did a great job marching,” Mr. Jones said proudly. “It’s been a lot of fun and a new experience for a lot of them.”

In addition to their grand performance,the band members, spent a day each at the Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
