INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for the following products for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department:

Bread
Milk
Coffee
Food Products

This bid will require fixed prices until June 30, 2015

Complete bid specifications can be obtained by calling Ronnie Phipps at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department at 865-397-9411, Ext.1303.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Office to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, P. O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725.   Bids will be accepted until 1 PM, Thursday, June 12, 2014 at which time bids will be opened in the finance office.

The finance director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
